According to DoDI 6130.06, “Mandatory dietary supplement education is required for all Service members.” Please contact the OPSS Team at OPSStraining@usuhs.edu if you would like to schedule an educational training for your group.

 

Per DoDI 6130.06 Section 3.1.b, “All DoD health care providers and other military, civilian, and contractor personnel working with beneficiaries in any capacity on health, wellness, health promotion, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement” are required to receive dietary supplement safety education from OPSS. This also includes fitness leaders, athletic trainers, and strength and conditioning specialists within the DoD.
